We started The Will Partners, so that writing a Will could become a simpler and faster process.  Our partners have over 30 years' experience in the Will writing business and through this we appreciate that our clients want a personal and confidential service, expertise and peace of mind BUT no jargon!

Our clear objective is to protect you and your loved ones, your assets such as your home and business. We offer Telephone Wills, but many customers take up our Free Home Visit service for a more in-depth discussion over a cup of tea.

For your peace of mind, all Partners are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2.5 million and Public Liability Insurance of £5 million.
